Travel options

War Memorial Park is 15 minutes walk from Coventry Rail Station, and 20 minutes from the centre of Coventry.  The event entrance is in the centre of the park, close to the Visitor Centre. Use the travel planner map below to find directions to the event entrance.

Drop off and Pick up

For visitors to the event being dropped off and collected by car, we recommend Central Six Shopping Centre, Warwick Road, CV3 6TA, close to Coventry Ring Road Junction 6. Traffic marshalls and safety stewards will be there for your safety, and it is 15 minutes walk from the event entrance and will be accessible by car when road closures are in place.

Please avoid using roads around War Memorial Park for Drop Off and Pick Up, parking enforcement and tow trucks will be in operating in the area, and road closures will be in place at different times of the day.

Taxis / Ubers

Please use the Drop Off and Pick Up area for taxis and ride on-demand services, these services will not be able to collect from the roads around War Memorial Park after the event.  Use postcode CV3 6TA

For visitors arriving on their own cycles, a dedicated event cycle park will be available by the tennis courts, close to the event entrance.  Please follow signs or ask a steward.  Please do not ride your bike in the park when paths are busy and do not lock your bike to temporary barriers or trees, it may be removed.

If you would rather not bring your own bicycle, West Midlands Cycle Hire bikes are available at multiple locations across Coventry (including e-bikes) and can be used to travel to and away from the event cycle park – the regular docking station at War Memorial Park will be closed for the event, but you can take your hire bike to the cycle park and leave it with a member of the cycling team.  To sign up and find your nearest docking station, please visit

Use our travel planner to find a safe cycle route to the park.
