Booking your accommodation in the area could not be easier, simply take advantage of Coventry & Warwickshire's FREE Accommodation Booking Service.

This service is available to you seven days a week in the following ways:

Online via visitcoventryandwarwickshire.co.uk
Over the telephone by calling one of Coventry's Visitor Information Centres
Over the counter at any of Coventry's Visitor Information Centres

FREE online accommodation booking service

This is by far the most convenient way of planning your visit to Coventry & Warwickshire, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Search our online database of accommodation providers - from camp sites to country house hotels - you are sure to find a superb selection of quality establishments to suit your requirements and budget.

Once you have found the accommodation of your choice click either the Book Live* or Reserve* button to enter our secure booking area and complete the online booking form to book* your stay. You will be asked to pay a deposit in advance, amounting to 8% of the cost of your total stay - this however, will be deducted from your final bill.

If the accommodation establishment of your choice does not display either the ‘Book' or ‘Reserve' buttons, then simply call one of Coventry's VisitorInformation Centres and take advantage of the FREE telephone accommodation booking service.

* Those properties displaying the ‘Book Live' button are bookable live and your booking is instantly confirmed. Those properties displaying the ‘Reserve' button can only be provisionally booked online and your booking is not complete until the Visitor Information Centre contacts you to confirm the booking (usually within 48 hours). FREE telephone accommodation booking service

If the accommodation establishment of your choice is not bookable online or you would prefer to discuss your requirements in more detail, then call one of the Visitor Information Centres and they will be delighted to assist you with your accommodation needs.

Experienced visitor information staff are on hand seven days a week* to provide you with unbiased advice to help service your accommodation requirements and to assist where possible with any other matter relating to your visit.
